NCT ID NCT07150806
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called RYZ101 for people with meningioma that has come back or is growing despite standard treatments. RYZ101 is a radioactive substance that targets a protein found on these tumor cells, aiming to kill them while sparing healthy tissue. The trial will check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can stop the tumor from growing. It is for adults whose tumors show up on a specific PET scan and who have already tried surgery or radiation.
