Scientists probe blood clot risk of new Women's health drug

NCT ID NCT07173127

Summary

This study aims to understand if a medication called Ryeqo, used to treat uterine fibroids and endometriosis, affects the body's blood clotting system. Researchers will measure specific blood markers in 30 women before they start the drug and again after 3 months of use. The goal is to better estimate the potential risk of serious blood clots, helping doctors prescribe it more safely based on a woman's personal health history.
