This study is testing Bearing nsPVA particles, used during a procedure called uterine artery embolization, to treat uterine fibroids in 100 women. The goal is to see if these particles safely block blood flow to fibroids, reducing symptoms like pain and heavy bleeding. Participants will be followed for 6 months to check for serious side effects and improvement in quality of life.
