Summary

This study tested whether adding the drug ruxolitinib to standard chemotherapy could help treat triple-negative inflammatory breast cancer, a rare and aggressive type. About 23 people took part. The goal was to see if the combination could reduce cancer activity before surgery and improve the chance of no cancer remaining after treatment.
