Summary
This study is testing whether the drug ruxolitinib can help adults whose immune system is attacking their bone marrow, causing severe blood diseases like aplastic anemia. Participants will take the pill twice daily for up to six months while researchers monitor their blood counts and safety. The goal is to see if this treatment can improve blood cell production in people who haven't responded well to previous therapies.
