New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary
This early-stage study aims to find a safe and effective dose of two drugs, ruxolitinib and duvelisib, for adults whose T-cell or NK-cell lymphoma has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to determine the highest dose patients can tolerate without severe side effects. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps control the cancer.
