Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, rucaparib and nivolumab, can help control advanced leiomyosarcoma (LMS), a rare type of cancer. It is for adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and who have tried 1 to 3 other treatments. The main goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors and works as well as standard chemotherapy.
