First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of a single injection of RTx-015 into the eye for adults with retinitis pigmentosa or choroideremia, two inherited conditions that cause progressive vision loss. About 18 participants will receive one of four dose levels and be monitored for five years. The main goal is to check for side effects; researchers will also measure changes in vision over time.
