First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS can improve walking ability in people with Multiple Sclerosis who have leg stiffness and moderate walking difficulties. About 60 participants will receive either real rTMS or a sham (fake) treatment for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if more people in the real treatment group can walk 20% faster compared to their starting speed.
