Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS can reduce core symptoms of schizophrenia, known as first rank symptoms. 31 patients with schizophrenia who still had these symptoms despite medication took part. The study used brain scans to see how rTMS changes brain activity and whether it can predict who will benefit.
