First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looked at how low-frequency magnetic stimulation (rTMS) changes brain activity in 15 people with frontal lobe epilepsy that did not respond to medication. The goal was to understand how rTMS might reduce seizures by measuring brain excitability before and after treatment. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
