Summary

This study tests whether low-frequency magnetic stimulation to a specific brain area can reduce chronic visceral pain in people with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D). 42 adults will receive either real or sham stimulation over two weeks, with both participants and assessors unaware of group assignment. The goal is to see if this non-invasive treatment can safely ease pain and improve symptoms.
