Summary

This study tested whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS can reduce pain, headaches, depression, and other symptoms in 204 veterans with Gulf War Illness. Participants received rTMS and reported their pain levels, mood, sleep quality, and daily function. The goal was to see if this treatment could improve their quality of life.
