First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looked at how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) changes brain activity in people with hard-to-treat frontal lobe epilepsy. Researchers measured brain excitability before and after stimulation to understand why rTMS might reduce seizures. The study was stopped early and included 15 participants.
