Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation technique (rTMS) can improve thinking and daily function in people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will enroll 66 adults and also use brain scans to understand how the treatment might help clear waste from the brain. The goal is to see if rTMS is safe and effective for easing Alzheimer's symptoms.
