Summary
This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS in children aged 6-19 with ADHD or autism. Over three weeks, some children receive real stimulation while others get a sham (fake) treatment. The goal is to see if rTMS can safely reduce core symptoms like inattention or social difficulties.
