Summary

This study tests whether using a real-time continuous glucose monitor (RT-CGM) during pancreaticoduodenectomy (a complex surgery) helps keep patients' blood sugar in a safe range and improves recovery. About 246 adults scheduled for this surgery will be randomly assigned to standard care or RT-CGM-guided care.
