Summary
This study tested a live-attenuated RSV vaccine given as a nasal spray in 259 infants and toddlers aged 6 to 18 months. The main goals were to check safety and measure the immune response. Researchers also looked at how much vaccine virus was shed and how well the vaccine worked in children with and without prior RSV exposure.
