Summary
This study tested a new mRNA vaccine (mRNA-1345) designed to protect against Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in adults aged 50 and older. Researchers wanted to see if it was safe and effective when given alone, or at the same time as a seasonal flu shot or an updated COVID-19 vaccine. They also tested whether a booster dose one year later was safe and boosted immunity.
