Summary
This study tests a new mRNA booster shot (mRNA-1345) for RSV in adults aged 60 and older who received a prior RSV vaccine at least one year ago. Researchers will check for side effects and measure how well the booster strengthens the immune system. The goal is to see if revaccination is safe and effective for ongoing protection.
