Summary

This study tests if a new medicine called RPH-030 works as well as the approved drug Vectibix for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has a specific gene type (wild-type RAS). About 180 patients will get either RPH-030 or Vectibix along with standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRI). The main goal is to see how the drugs move through the body and if they are safe, with a first look at how well they control the cancer.
