This study compares a new experimental drug, RPH-030, to the approved drug Vectibix in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has a specific gene type (wild-type RAS). About 180 participants will receive either RPH-030 or Vectibix along with standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) as their first treatment. The main goal is to see if the new drug behaves similarly in the body and has a comparable safety profile.
