Modified virus attacks cancer cells in advanced tumor trial

Summary
This study is testing an experimental virus therapy called RP1, both alone and combined with an immunotherapy drug (nivolumab), for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial aims to find the safest and most effective dose while measuring how well the treatment shrinks tumors in patients with specific types of skin cancer, lung cancer, and other solid tumors. Researchers are enrolling about 340 participants who have already tried and progressed on certain immunotherapies.
