Summary

This study tests whether royal jelly, a substance made by bees, can lower inflammation and slow cell aging in people with chronic kidney disease who are on hemodialysis. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers related to inflammation and aging. The study involves 30 adult patients who have been on dialysis for at least six months.
