New hope for transplant patients battling debilitating chronic condition

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called Rovadicitinib for people with moderate-to-severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) who have already tried at least two other treatments. It aims to see if Rovadicitinib is better than other standard treatments at reducing symptoms and improving patients' quality of life. The trial will measure how many patients see their symptoms improve after 24 weeks and how long that improvement lasts.
