Could a donor skin patch prevent shoulder re-tears?

Summary

This study looks at 40 adults aged 50 to 75 with large rotator cuff tears. Half get standard surgery, and half get surgery plus a human skin patch. The goal is to see if the patch lowers the chance of the tendon tearing again one year later. Participants will have MRI scans and check-ups to compare healing and costs.
