Summary
This study looked at two ways to fix partial rotator cuff tears in the shoulder. 54 patients with tears over half the tendon thickness were randomly assigned to either a transtendon repair or a conversion repair. Researchers measured pain, shoulder function, movement, and healing on MRI for up to 2 years after surgery.
