First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at how the size and shape of a rotator cuff tear can damage a key shoulder nerve. Researchers will track 250 adults with torn rotator cuffs using MRI and nerve tests to see if surgical repair helps the nerve recover. The goal is to find the best time to operate and protect nerve function.
