Summary

This study follows 225 adults with aortic valve disease who undergo the Ross procedure, a surgery that replaces the diseased valve with the patient's own pulmonary valve. Researchers will track survival, hospital readmissions, and need for repeat surgeries over 1, 5, and 10 years. The goal is to confirm the procedure's long-term safety and refine surgical techniques.
