First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a new IVF-like procedure called ROSI for couples where the male partner has no sperm in his ejaculate due to a blockage or low production. Doctors will take immature sperm cells from the testicles and inject them into eggs to see if they can create a pregnancy. The study involves 50 couples and compares results using only these immature cells versus adding donor sperm.
