Summary

This early-phase study tests whether rosemary extract can improve markers of oxidative stress and inflammation in 40 adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants take either rosemary extract or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this natural supplement can support diabetes management, but it is not a cure.
