New combo treatment tested for rosacea redness and bumps

Summary
This study tests whether adding radiofrequency microneedling to a standard KTP laser treatment works better for rosacea than laser alone. Twenty adults with rosacea will have each side of their face treated differently to compare results. The goal is to reduce redness, bumps, and improve quality of life.
