Summary
This study tests whether taking a powder made from the fruit of a rose plant (Rosa roxburghii) can help people recover better after total knee replacement surgery for osteoarthritis. About 184 adults will take either the rose powder or a placebo daily for 30 days after surgery. Researchers will measure pain, knee function, and markers of inflammation and oxidative stress in the blood.
