Robot-Assisted knee surgery gets an upgrade: pilot study tests new features
NCT ID NCT07009912
Summary
This small pilot study tested new features for a robotic system used during total knee replacement surgery. The main goal was to check the initial safety and usability of these new features by looking for any problems during surgery and asking surgeons how well the system worked. The study involved 40 adults who were already scheduled for a knee replacement and collected all data on the day of their surgery.
