Summary

This study looks at how different strengths of the numbing medicine ropivacaine affect how fast and how long ankle blocks work for people having bunion surgery. About 174 adults will be randomly assigned to receive one of three concentrations. The goal is to find the best strength to provide quick, lasting pain relief while keeping the foot numb enough for surgery.
