Summary

This study looks at how different concentrations of the numbing drug ropivacaine affect how fast and how long an ankle block works for people having bunion (hallux valgus) repair surgery. About 174 adults will be randomly assigned to receive one of several concentrations. The goal is to find the best strength to provide quick and lasting pain relief while minimizing side effects.
