Can training with tighter arms boost volleyball performance?
NCT ID NCT07327177
Summary
This study aims to see if adding a special type of rope training, where blood flow to the arms is partially restricted, helps male volleyball players get stronger and perform better. Over eight weeks, one group will do rope training with the restriction, while another does the same training without it. Researchers will measure changes in muscle size, strength, and specific volleyball skills like serve speed.
