New depression drug enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called Ropanicant can help reduce symptoms of major depression. About 195 adults with moderate to severe depression will receive either one of two doses of the drug or a placebo pill for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression symptoms to see if the drug works better than the placebo.
