Summary
This study compares two materials used to seal root canals after treatment. Researchers want to see if a newer bioceramic sealer (TotalFill) leads to better healing of the bone around the tooth root compared to a commonly used sealer (AH Plus). They will also track patients' pain levels after the procedure over one year.
