Dental trial tests which root canal sealer causes less pain

Summary
This study aims to find out which type of root canal sealer causes less pain after treatment. Researchers will compare pain levels in 180 patients who receive either a resin-based sealer or a bioceramic-based sealer. Patients will rate their pain on a simple scale at 24 and 48 hours after their root canal procedure.
