Can an anxiety pill boost root canal pain relief?

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after a single-visit root canal treatment. It will compare pain levels in 110 adults who receive either ibuprofen alone or ibuprofen combined with a low-dose anxiety medication (alprazolam). Participants will track their pain for 24 hours after the procedure to see which combination provides better relief.
