Dentists test which root canal cleaner hurts less
NCT ID NCT07453160
Summary
This study aims to find out if the type of cleaning solution used during a root canal affects how much pain a patient feels the next day. Researchers will compare two common solutions—chlorhexidine and a bleach-based solution—in 90 adults getting root canals. Participants will rate their pain 24 hours after the procedure to help dentists choose the most comfortable option.
