New dental sealer aims to ease root canal pain

Summary
This study tests whether a newer dental sealer (CeraSeal) causes less pain after root canal treatment compared to a standard one (Endoplus). About 118 adults with painful tooth nerve inflammation will take part. Patients will report their pain levels at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days after the procedure.
