Summary
This study aims to find the most effective disinfectant paste for cleaning infected tooth roots during a root canal re-treatment. Researchers will compare three different paste mixtures in 45 adults with a persistent infection at the tip of a tooth root. They will use a precise lab test to measure how well each paste reduces bacteria before the final tooth filling is placed.
