Summary

This study looks at two common multiple sclerosis (MS) medications, teriflunomide and dimethyl fumarate, to see how they affect physical and mental fatigue during everyday activities. Researchers will follow 100 adults with MS for one year, measuring walking endurance, hand function, and thinking speed at regular visits. The goal is to help patients and doctors choose the best treatment for managing fatigue in real-world settings.
