Summary
This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 in 68 breast cancer patients whose platelet counts dropped too low due to chemotherapy. The goal is to see if a weekly injection can safely bring platelet levels back to normal within two weeks, helping patients continue their cancer treatment. Participants will receive the drug for up to 4 weeks, and dosing stops once platelets recover.
