Summary
This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 in 43 adults with aplastic anemia caused by chemotherapy or radiation that did not improve with standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can help the bone marrow produce more blood cells and improve blood counts. Participants must be at least 18 and have low hemoglobin, platelets, or neutrophils.
