Summary
This study aimed to understand how childhood development influences romantic relationships in young adulthood. Researchers followed up with 259 young adults who had been part of a childhood study, along with their live-in partners. Participants completed online questionnaires about their relationships and personal history to help researchers identify patterns linking early life experiences to adult partnership quality.
