Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a medicated foam called roflumilast on skin rashes caused by checkpoint inhibitor cancer drugs. Twenty adults with mild to severe rash will apply the foam daily for 16 weeks. The goal is to see if it safely reduces rash severity and improves quality of life.
