Summary

This study compares a standard home exercise program to a digital app version for treating dizziness in adults who have had a mild traumatic brain injury. About 68 participants will do balance and eye exercises for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure if the app helps improve dizziness and balance more than the usual paper-based program.
