Summary

This study compares a standard home exercise program to a digital, game-like app for treating dizziness in adults who have had a mild traumatic brain injury. 68 participants will do balance and eye exercises for 4 weeks. Researchers want to see if the app version helps people feel steadier and less dizzy in daily life.
